‘Allegiant – Part 1’ Spoilers: Author Veronica Roth Sticks To Original Story

Countless number of fans of the“Divergent” series urged the author Veronica Roth to come up with a different ending for “Allegiant.” In the upcoming movie, as well as in the book, Tris (played by Shailene Woodley) will lose her life in an attempt to save the rest of the group, which seems hard for the fans to digest.

All through the past few weeks, numerous petitions have been sent by fans asking Roth to plan something else for Tris. However, the author does not want to move an inch and has not made any changes whatsoever.

According to yibada.com, during a conversation with MTV news, Roth explains her decision to not change the ending, describing that it is important from Tris’ journey point of view. She went on to say that in “Insurgent” and “Divergent,” Tris was closer than ever before to meet her demise, but she was able to pass through the turmoil as she was not done yet with her mission.

Tris will meet an unfortunate end in the upcoming movie “Allegiant” and this conclusion is also important as it will ultimately put an end to the romantic relationship of the character with Four.

In the meantime, Woodley has no problem with the unfortunate end that her character will meet in the third part of the series. On the contrary, the actress also supported the decision made by Roth and asked her to go along with the original plan for the book.

When we talk about the opinions of thousands of fans across the world, they definitely wished and pleaded to see something different than what they are expecting. They are still keeping their fingers crossed and expect the ending of Roth’ trilogy to be something different. According to fashionstyle.com, nothing has been made clear as to whether the changes are there or not.

“Allegiant – Part 1” is expected to come up with the same star, including Ansel Elgort, Miles Teller, Octavia Spencer, Zoe Kravitz and others. The movie is scheduled to hit theaters across the United States on March 18, 2016. Regardless of what the ending might be, the story will keep fans glued to it till the end.
