Amy Schumer Takes On Her ‘Trainwreck’ Critic Reviews
Perhaps, Amy Schumer is one person who is not just charming but has great attraction in her personality. She is a super talented woman who is an actress, a producer and a stand-up comedian all at a same time. Even those who did not like her much cannot resist the fact that she did a brilliant job in “Trainwreck.” Schumer for her wonderful work in the movie has got her first nomination for Golden Globe also.
According to Hollywood Reporter, the 34-year-old Amy Schumer stated that while the movie “Trainwreck” was about to come, she thought people would say she is not pretty enough to get starred in the rom-com directed by Judd Apatow.
Without naming she further mentioned that there was one person who did that and audience criticized his comments to which he later responded that he wanted to date Schumer. Well, there were a few senior critics too who thought Schumer was not a very good choice for the role.
The famous Hollywood journalist Jeffrey Wells commented that Schumers’ character was not conventionally attractive. However, the comment was not in good spirits as it was allegedly called as a milder remark, as stated by Entertainment Online.
“Trainwreck” stars Bill Hader and John Cena along with Schumer. The film grossed a whooping figure of $139.5 million which was originally made in the budget of $35 million. It brought Amy Schumer her first ever nomination for Golden Globe too, which evidently proves her performance way too good in the flick.
Earlier this year, she sparked controversy over her picture on Twitter wearing nothing but just underpants on a comedy stage. Her picture drew controversial and fiery remarks over social media to which a few later apologized too.
