Turns out, Ray Palmer is a minister and needs to preside the ceremony. At the reception, Team Arrow finds out that Arrow is wanted by the Starling City police because of another killing spree.

At the headquarters, the team grimly watches the press conference which emphasizes that Arrow is a criminal. Ray helps with the publicity. Lyla and Diggle want to stay and help with the investigation, but Oliver Queen insists that the couple must proceed with their honeymoon.

However, another incident pushes the couple to stay for good – or bad. A.R.G.U.S. orders Lyla to save U.S. Senator Joseph Cray from the captors in the Republic of Kaznia. Diggle obviously cannot have a honeymoon alon. Then, he decides to go with Lyla. Suicide Squad’s Deadshot and Cupid also help with the mission.

Meanwhile, during Ray’s flying spree in his A.T.O.M. suit, he suddenly finds Arrow. With his high-tech suit, he eventually realizes that Arrow is Oliver. After the realization, he goes to Felicity Smoak to confirm it. Felicity does not hesitate to tell him the truth, which leaves Ray speechless and pained. Ray starts to blame Oliver for the recent murders. When Felicity defended Oliver, Ray asks her if she still has feelings for Queen. Felicity’s uneasy response proves her affection to Oliver, which makes Ray motivated to surrender Arrow to the police.

After Ray leaves for his plan, Felicity directly goes to Oliver to break the news. To stop Ray, the team uses Laurel Lance as the investigator in disguise. Ray keeps on presenting his proof while Laurel continues to find loopholes. As the interrogation goes on, he slowly realizes that Laurel works with Oliver.

Ray has no choice but to take the matter into his own hands. He makes a fake call to 911 to trap Arrow. When Arrow and Arsenal showed up to the location, A.T.O.M. starts the fight by zapping Arsenal with artificial lightning. As expected, Arrow knows the suit’s weakness – the power source. After his defeat, Ray tries to psychologically attack Oliver by mentioning Felicity. Instead, Oliver gives the cards to Ray because, after all, Felicity chose him.

Meanwhile, the newlyweds are having an annoying time in Kaznia. The hostage drama is just a publicity stunt for Senator Cray’s campaign. Sensing that his plan will fail, Cray decides to bomb the hospital. Unfortunately, the Suicide and Newlyweds Squad is inside. Deadshot is not able to get out of the hospital, so he dies with the explosion.

Back home, Lyla wants to resign. It  was after A.R.G.U.S. allowed the senator to twist the story by blaming the hostage-taking to Deadshot. Despite telling Lyla that he also wants to quit Team Arrow, Diggle tells Arrow later that he wants to help catch the fake Arrow.

In the end, Felicity and Ray try to convince the Mayor that Arrow must not be blamed for the murders. Before the Mayor can even give her side, an arrow shot goes through the window and kills her. Turns out, Maseo disguises as Arrow. Before the scene goes black, Maseo points his arrow to Felicity.

Will Felicity face the same fate as the Mayor? Do not miss the next episode!
