Fans immediately went wild when rumors about Becky G and Austin Mahone dating surfaced on the Internet. While the couple’s relationship on and off screen can pretty much land on anyone’s list of “relationship goals,” it also makes one wonder what makes their relationship work.
Some may say that their common love for music might have been the couple’s best foundation for their relationship. This may be true, especially after Mahone landed on Becky G’s music video with her single titled, “Lovin’ So Hard.” Now, it looks like the tables have been turned and Becky G will also star in one of Mahone’s upcoming singles.
In an interview with Billboard, the 19-year-old pop singer revealed that he is currently working on a new love song with his girlfriend, Becky G.
“There’s definitely some love songs,” said Mahone about his upcoming album. “And there’s actually a song that I wrote and produced at my house that I had her do a verse on, so it’s pretty cool.”
While the “Dirty Work” singer admitted that their schedules can sometimes be so tight that it can be a challenge for them, the couple has previously revealed what they love about each other in separate interviews.
As previously reported, Becky G admitted that she finds Mahone as a very spontaneous person and confessed to loving this about him.
“We can just be hanging out all day in sweatpants and just eating some cereal and then the next day we could be in the zoo or jet skiing in South Beach,” she said.
Mahone, on the other hand, revealed that he finds it “cool to date someone that does that same thing you do.”
