Avengers: Age of Ultron: Five Things You Shouldn’t Miss in the Second Trailer [WATCH VIDEO]

Marvel Studios managed to release their second trailer without Hydra sneaking a leak on their backs, and here are the supposed highlights that suggest in-depth plot details in their upcoming blockbuster film “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” Read on to know more about the details of this feature.

The thrill and excitement of movie geekiness in what’s in store for the fans in the Marvel Cinematic Universe after the success of “Guardians of the Galaxy” started when Marvel released the first trailer for “Avengers: Age of Ultron” last November. Everyone finally caught a glimpse of the Hulkbuster armor and the monstrosity that is Ultron, and now, they brought the anticipation up a notch as they released the second trailer with more exciting, and intriguing, scenes.

Marvel Studios is bringing their fan’s level of excitement in their release of the second trailer for “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” and Cinema Blend has put together an analysis that highlighted the parts of the trailer that made viewers prod on the things they could expect from the film.

  1. Possible civilian evacuation

In one of the latest glimpses of the film that the viewers got to feast their eyes on in the new trailer, there appears to be a civilian evacuation ongoing. The aerial shot featured a number of civilians running into a mobilelike aircraft and looks like a bird’s eye view of Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) is herding them towards it. Are Ultron and his robotic minions leveling a certain town towards oblivion?

  1. Ultron’s excessive capacity for power

Marvel president Kevin Feige really wanted Ultron (James Spader) to take part in the Cinematic Universe, and we’re starting to understand the reason behind it. Ultron’s massive extent to control his power is close to immeasurable as he is after all an advanced form of robot bearing Artificial Intelligence, and from that, his consciousness connected with technology and when you prod on that, his expression of power is definitely attuned for greater updates to inflict massive destruction. A clip in the teaser showed how he is able to throw out a devilish red version of power that’s much different from Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.).

  1. Thor losses control

In a another shot that showed Thor (Chris Hemsworth) enveloped in lightning, it would be easy to assume that it was his own doing. However, looking closely to the shot, he is actually struggling and he’s not even wielding his legendary weapon — Mjolnir. In addition to that, there is a woman on his back moving in an exotic way. Could she be the cause of Thor’s demise in this scene?

  1. Black Widow’s backstory

We know so little about Black Widow’s (Scarlett Johansson) past, but as director Joss Whedon clued in during the Comic Conventions last year, she would have a larger role to play in the second “Avengers” film. The second trailer showed a different version of Natasha Romanoff with an innocent countenance. Could that scene suggest a trip down memory lane for Black Widow?

  1. Tony Stark’s Hulkbuster Armor vs the Hulk

The previous trailer showed a smash down between Tony Stark’s Hulkbuster armor and the Hulk, but on the new one, they finally showed a glimpse of Stark controlling the actions within the suit. Two things are sure, Hulk is not on his right mind with Scarlett Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) messing with his head, and Stark really put his creative genius to good use as he created a suit that could stand against the Smashing green guy. Who will emerge to be the victor in this smash down?

Those are the five things that raise and suggest questions in Marvel’s upcoming “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” The movie opens in theaters this May 1, 2015.

That concludes our in-depth feature on the second trailer of “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” For further updates on Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, keep on visiting Movie News Guide (MNG).
