‘Avengers: Infinity War’: Who We Think Should Be a Part of It
“Avengers: Infinity War” part 1, first of the two parter finale of “Avengers” saga that will release in 2018 promises to have the most epic battle fought between our superheroes and God like villains who are hell bent on destroying the world. Without a doubt, it will prove to be a spectacle for the audiences everywhere and even though the cast of the movie is not known as of yet, we would like to figure out who could be a part of this movie in order to fight the mad titan Thanos who will be reportedly making Earth his next target.
As it is known that Thanos in the end of “Avengers: Age of Ultron” decided to get all the infinity stones by himself which means his efforts in getting the infinity stones would naturally increase. If we are to believe one speculation then Thanos will be visiting Asgard (Thor’s home) in “Thor 3: Ragnarok” looking for same. After he is done collecting his infinity stone, his next target would be to find the other infinity stone and one of them happens to be on Earth under the watchful protection of S.H.I.E.L.D. Penetrating the agency’s security won’t be a big deal for the titan because he will simply start destroying everything and capture Earth. This is when the “Avengers” will come in but the question is who will be a part of this team that will be encountering the titan?
Since, events of “Captain America: Civil War”, “Thor 3: Ragnarok” will be over by the time “Avengers” encounter Thanos, we will be able to know who survived the turmoil that was created by Civil war (releasing next year) and continue in the team as “Avengers” and later on fight Thanos. If they adapt the comic book story then there are chances that Captain America might not be there because he was killed by Crossbones but there are chances that Steve’s best friend Bucky Barnes will have recovered from his brainwashed memory and honor Steve by donning the shield and becoming the next Captain America.
Iron Man, on the other hand who keeps on taking voluntary retirement could also lend a helping hand to the “Avengers” because of some moral obligation or as his primary duty to protect his home. Chris Hemsworth on his side has already confirmed that his contract goes till “Avengers: Infinity War” which means Thor will be present in the movie. Fourth one is Hulk whose presence remains to be seen since he vanished far off in a plane. Marvel could also compensate by bringing in a little help from outside the planet if “Guardians of the Galaxy” were to enter because there were a bunch of heroes on that team who were quite thirsty to lay their hands on Thanos (more specifically Drax).
Even if Steve Rogers does not make it to “Infinity War” then at least a new bunch of heroes will also be present to fight on his principles since in the end of “Avengers: Age of Ultron”, Captain America along with Black Widow had started to train new heroes like Scarlet Witch, Vision, War Machine etc. In conclusion we can hope to see a mix bunch of heroes (both old and new) working together to protect whatever will be left on this planet. Only 2018 will reveal what awaits us.
