‘The Bachelorette:’ Will Amy Schumer Be The Next Star In The Future Season?
The American actress Amy Schumer is now the talk of the town. There is a lot of speculations and assumptions encircling her appearance on the upcoming “The Bachelorette” season. Read on for more details.
Inquisitr reported that “The Hunter Games” actress Jennifer Lawrence, who played the role of Katniss Everdeen, thrown her remark publicly at Comic-Con International 2015 that a “Kickstarter be created to put Schumer onto the show.”
Schumer previously appeared on “The Bachelorette.” She blatantly made fun of JJ, who was one of the contestants from the 2015 spring season.
“JJ’s a sweetheart. He’s just missing like charisma, and humility and sense of humor. But other than that he’s like, basically, you should hire him as the next bachelor. Maybe when he sees the show he’ll reflect on himself and not be such a turd,” Schumer said in her speech.
While Schumer was questioned if she would prefer to become the bachelorette, she replied that it would take a lot of investment and she would have to allow by herself.
“The casting process would have to be different. First of all, their job descriptions are so weird, ‘former investment banker’? They’re like, ‘flower enthusiast,’ you’re like, what do you do? How come you could leave your life?” Schumer added.
However, E! Online reported that although Schumer is a huge “Bachelorette” fan. But according to her, she does not think she could ever truly be the Bachelorette. She said that she would be “very honest” and she does not think there is room for honesty in the franchise.
“They would have to say, ‘We will let you be yourself.’ I would say what was really up,” Schumer added.
The 34-year old Schumer was recently in Toronto for promoting the movie “Trainwreck,” the comedy she has written herself. The movie is going to be released on July 17 in the US, and Aug. 7, 2015, in India. Directed and produced by Judd Apatow, “Trainwreck” stars Tilda Swinton, Bill Hader, Vanessa Bayer, John Cena, Colin Quinn, Norman Lloyd and LeBron James including Schumer.
