Ben Stiller Indicates Mugatu’s Return For ‘Zoolander 2’

If it was one thing that was bugging the fans, it was the question about Will Ferrell reprising his role as “Mugatu.” Fans just couldn’t help wonder if the Ben Stiller-Owen Wilson team was going to take on the big bad Mugatu again in the “2oolander” or “Zoolander 2.” The big news is, yes they are, and by the look things so far, it is, as Owen Wilson put it, “good and funny.” Read On!

Ben Stiller teased the fans with an Instagram post that blew away our minds. Apparantly, Mugatu who was played by Will Ferrell in the last movie, is going to raise his hairy but stylish head again to get stomped upon by Ben Stiller’s Derek “Zoolander” again. And Hansel is going to help him. Here is the post in all its fiery glory.

Stiller captioned it with a hash tag “so hot right now.” And so are you, Mr Stiller and your other post just goes to show that.

The action comedy is also going to star Penelope Cruz and we think that she would be Derek’s love interest. The film is also going to star Kim Kardashian, Ariana Grande, and brace yourself for the shocker, Justin Bieber. What would happen if the Beliebers took to worshipping Derek Zoolander? The mind boggles.

It is going to showcase “the Model” archetype again. We hope that it gets funnier this time. Just as a recap, we would like to remind you that the last movie was about a sexy model getting brainwashed by a fashion designer to kill the Malaysian Prime Minister. If that doesn’t give you a case of funnies, you are from another planet. Possibly even Pluto. Wait, what? Like Mickey Mouse’s Dog?

The film hits the theatres on February 12, 2016. If you can’t wait that long, you can still go back to looping the “Zoolander 2” trailer here.

Metro reported the news first.
