Blue Bloods Casting Update and Spoilers: Esai Morales To Guest Star; First Look at “Worst Case Scenario”

As of today, with one month left until the new fall television season begins, and with various television networks releasing more news about the upcoming seasons of various returning fan favorites, CBS has released a plethora of first look photos, which tease all the action, drama, and excitement that their fall line- up has to offer, which includes the relationship-driven police procedural “Blue Bloods.” Also, it has been learned that a very special guest star will be heading towards the Reagans sometime during the upcoming sixth season. WARNING: This article contains spoilers for the upcoming sixth season, and for the premiere episode, Season 6 Episode 1 “Worst Case Scenario.” Read on to learn more about who will be guest starring in the sixth season, and read on to learn more about what to expect in the premiere episode of the season.

It seems like the season premiere, which,  according to Spoiler TV, will be entitled “Worst Case Scenario,” will begin with a bang, based on the first look photos that have just been released on the official website of CBS.

The family patriarch, the ever reliable Police Commissioner Francis “Frank” Reagan is seen in the pictures at his usual podium while addressing the media. Another picture shows him walking down the hallway, with his usual posse, presumably on the way to the press conference.

Most of the pictures feature Danny in action, as he peeks out of a window, while wearing a police vest, and as he, still wearing the vest, is seen scolding either a witness or a perpetrator related to the case at hand.

Another picture shows Officer Jamie Reagan (Will Estes), in a police uniform, talking with an older man, which is presumably his father.

It has also been reported, just recently, by TV Line, that “NYPD Blue’s” Esai Morales will be dropping in on the show sometime during the season as Sergeant Delgado, who earns a promotion from Frank. It was after coming up with a plan to create more accurate statistics for the New York Police Department.

However, his shining star might not burn that long as it will be later discovered that Morales isn’t as clean as he seems to be.
