Bond 23 Starts Production in November, Says Judi Dench
While visiting Kent, Dench announced that she is going to work on Bond 23 towards the end of 2011.
“I am going to do the next Bond in November,” says Dench. “I don’t know the location yet but hopefully it will be somewhere nice. I can’t tell you much more but I do enjoy playing M as she is such a strong character.”
Dench went on to say that she enjoys the role, because she likes “being bossy and my grandson thinks its cool that I’m in Bond.”
Dench finished up work on J. Edgar, opposite Leonardo DiCaprio. Directed by Clint Eastwood, the film is due in theaters sometime in 2012.
The untitled Bond 23 project will be Daniel Craig’s third tour as the British secret agent. Dench has played M since 1995’s Goldeneye which placed Pierce Brosnan as 007.
Bond 23 is expected on Nov. 9, 2012.
