‘Boruto: Naruto The Movie’ Postponed; Naruto Sci-Fi Series In the Works?
A new “Boruto: Naruto the Movie” is on its way in the U.S. but creator Masashi Kishimoto is busy on another project, a new one – a sci-fi Naruto series. Read on.
Some bad news, though, there have been reports that “Boruto: Naruto the Movie” will be postponed.
On the flip side, Kishimoto has confirmed that he is creating a sci-fi “Naruto” series and has finalized character designs. There has also been news that he will be introducing a new character on the new series that he’s working on.
As per Anime News Network, “I think the protagonist is one that hasn’t been seen before in manga, and while it’s me saying, I think that the character is done very well,” he said.
Kishimoto also said that a “Naruto” sci-fi series isn’t 100% confirmed yet since he wants to think things through one more time. It was because he wants to create a balance between what he wants to write and what readers are looking forward to. Details about this new sci-fi series won’t come anytime soon, so if you are excited for this then you are probably going to need to wait a little longer because it is still in the early stages of production and Kishimoto hasn’t given her confirmation that it is really happening.
As for “Boruto: Naruto The Movie” its release date has been delayed from Oct. 7, 2015, to Oct. 10, 2015. It’s just a few days, though. Viz Media decided to delay the release of the movie but didn’t give any reasons. Nevertheless, you can now purchase your tickets online.
