Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie Are Adopting A Syrian Orphan?

Now here’s a couple that many look up to. The couple that’s known for adopting children from all over the world is adding one more to their family. It’s a very sensible move by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie that they are adopting an orphan from Syria. The child who is also said to have two brothers was recently orphaned when his father was taken away by the military and mother killed in a bombing incident.

According to MailOnline, the “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” stars recently met up with the three orphaned Syrian brothers and wanted to adopt them, however, it is being reported that Brad stopped her from doing so. The UN Special Envoy for Refugee wanted to adopt all the three brothers but Brad stated that it would become hard for their children to adjust to the sudden change in the situation.

Angelina also realized that going from six to nine children would be a drastic change. It is being said that Angelina did not argue much and understood Brad’s point. Yet they agreed upon adopting one of the children. The couple is reportedly going ahead with their plans to adopting the child from the war-torn country.

Being a special envoy has given Angelina an opportunity to visit the Syrian refugee camps multiple times and it was then that she saw the atrocities people are going through in that part of the world. The couple that already has three biological and three adopted children, plans to bring the orphaned child to their home by the end of this year itself. She encouraged the world to come forward and help the world to save a generation of traumatized, isolated and suffering Syrian children from a major catastrophe.

Movie Pilot added that Angelina was heartbroken when she met the three children. The middle one could speak a bit of English while the oldest, despite being the most shy of all never left her side. The couple’s effort to adopt one of them surely proves to be an encouraging example for many and one can sincerely hope the atrocities suffered by the children there will come to an end one day.
