Britney Spears And Iggy Azalea Team Up For New Music Video
Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea teamed up for their newest and much anticipated music video, “Pretty Girls”.
The much anticipated duet of the pop stars has been shot on Thursday in Los Angeles. The two were spotted wearing 80’s inspired outfits. Britney was seen wearing a leopard crop top while Iggy was wearing a sexy denim vest. However, Britney’s top seemed a little too tight causing her skin to ripple, displaying unwanted curves. This was seen when she started seating in the front a red convertible Mustang, according to Daily Mail.
On the other hand, the 24 year old rapper, Iggy, was in good shape during the shoot in Ventura Blvd. Azalea also co-directed the music video which was due to be released on May 5. Iggy Azalea told Access Hollywood in an interview, “That’s been awesome, not only just getting to work with her and write the song, but being able to have something to do with the visual and all that has been great. It’s been just an honor that she would even let me do that for her, so I’m super excited.”
Meanwhile, Britney Spears also teased her fans by tweeting some lyrics from “Pretty Girls” via social media platform Twitter. She tweeted via her official account @britneyspears, “Girls roll up, windows roll down, eyes on us, jaws on the ground” paired with a photo of herself riding a yellow jeep.
The new music video was also said to give both pop stars a potential win, according to Billboard. The music industry standard chart also reported Iggy Azalea having started a shaky year due to a slight swoop in her career while Britney Spears had yet another music break through this collaboration.
Billboard also reported that the highly anticipated team up of Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea would showcase a different taste of sound for Britney since her last release in 2013.
