‘Captain America: Civil War’ Cast: Scarlet Witch Trains To Be Part Of ‘Avengers’
It was recently reported that the shoot for the upcoming instalment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Captain America: Civil War has already begun in Atlanta and one could see Chris Evans in his full attire as Captain America fighting it out against Crossbones which is being portrayed by Frank Grillo. It is now being reported that slowly audiences are getting a look at other characters as well who have been involved on the set.
According to Daily Mail, Elizabeth Olsen who portrays the role of Scarlet Witch, a telekinetic from a fictional country called Sokovia was the latest from the cast spotted on the sets of the movie joking around with on-screen enemy Crossbones and teammate Captain America. When compared to Chris’s costume, Elizabeth’s attire was more casual as she wore a green jacket on a blue top practicing her moves on set trying to get them right.
After her character Scarlet Witch who was last seen fighting against the Avengers in “Avengers age of Ultron” before becoming loyal to them, “Captain America: Civil War” will be the second time audiences will see her in action and in a much refined way as in the end of the previous movie, she was going to start her training officially as one of the new members of the Avengers under the leadership of Captain America.
It is yet to be seen as to which side does the witch decide to support after the government decides to establish a regulatory body and laws demanding the superhero team abide by them. Iron Man aka Tony Stark has no problems parting with the government or following the laws but Captain America opposes the decision and that leads to a difference of opinion between the two heroes further creating a rift between the team. But audiences need not worry as the team might just reunite once a common threat surfaces. What happens next is yet to be seen.
