Carrie Fisher Swears Many Times At ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Premiere [Watch]
Actress, Carrie Fisher swore on camera during the “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” premiere held on December 14. She swore many times while answering to Oscar Isaac, her co-star in the movie.
Monday night was a star-studded night at TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles. And the 59-year-old Fisher, who would be seen in the character role of Leia in the new installment of the “Star Wars” franchise, seemed unplugged. She seemed too excited when the microphone was handed to her and swore on the red carpet. It was a live broadcast for sure.
It all happened so abruptly that it looked like a whammy. Fisher and her 36-year-old co-star, Isaac were questioning each other in the presence of interviewers when Fisher seized the cheat sheet and the microphone, reports Mirror.Co.UK.
When the actor asked the “Star War” actress about what inspired her to reprise her role as Princess Leia, she decided to say something related to her inner monologue. Fisher said that she put a question before her younger self that what she thought of life some 40 years later. Fisher then said that her younger self would not talk to her as she was wallowing in the joy of partying. She also stated, “making sure I would look like s**t later.”
After speaking this, she was overpowered with feelings that she has said something wrong. But she decided to continue swearing.
Carrie Fisher has reached the premiere along with her daughter Billie Lourd. She had also shared her picture on social media before reaching the event and which depicts she and Billie Lourd getting ready for the premiere.
CinemaBlend has reported that Lourd left her mother and Isaac alone with the interviewers immediately as she must have sensed what was about to come. In the five minutes of madness, Fisher also referred to character of the co-star, Isaac as Poe Decameron. But it is the three and a half minute mark on the clip that looks replete with craziness. Everyone seems to be lost. Watch the “Star Wars” premiere clip.
