According to E! News, Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley made fun at Blake Shelton-Miranda Lambert break up while they co-hosted the 2015 CMA Awards function.
Even before the Music Awards function, Underwood told in an interview that she would express Blake and Miranda joke at the CMAs. She also added that she and Paisley were not nervous about it since they have already made sure that everyone agrees to it.
A “breakup that really rocked our world — the one that’s one everybody’s mind, two people in this very room whom we all known and love,” commented Underwood. “Kermit and Miss Piggy, We want you to know we love you both,” and “We want you to be happy,” added Underwood.
The camera focused on Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy instead of cutting to Blake and Miranda, while Underwood spoke at the CMAs. Immediately, Paisley commented, “On a completely, unrelated topic, howdy Blake.”
Well, what would have been the reaction of Shelton and Lambert to Underwood and Paisley’s joke about their split? According to the source, Shelton took the joke casually and just laughed & smiled. As far as Underwood is considered, it was not a real concern for her as she had already discussed about the joke with both Shelton and Lambert.
Based on a report from COSMOPOLITAN, Miranda looked stunning in gorgeous black gown and sassy-as-hell pink hair, during the music awards. She performed “Bathroom Sink,” while Blake performed his song “Gonna,” during the ceremony.
Blake confirmed his dating relationship with the “The Voice” co-host Gwen Stefani, through his representative, hours before the music awards ceremony.
