Chris Brown is finally a happy and relieved man after all these days as he has been awarded daughter Royalty’s joint custody.
The Loyal singer had flown to Houston, Texas where a judge gave verdict in his favor over his one-year daughter’s care.
After the court issued the verdict in his favor, Chris was so pleased and excited that he shared an image with his lawyer, right from the court house. He looks thrilled after he won his case against Nia Guzman, his former lover who he will now share his daughter’s care with.
Nia Guzman had earlier asked the court to give only supervised visitation rights for daughter Royalty.
However, according to reports, a judge has awarded split custodial rights to both Nia and Chris which means that Royalty will now be splitting her time between her parents every four days.

Chris was represented in the suit by his lawyer Mark Geragos and was informed that he has to shell out $2,500 every month for supporting his child and this is what he has apparently been paying Nia, a report published by TMZ said.
It was reported that Nia had initially asked for an amount of $15,000 every month for child support.
The judge also ordered that Nia should not discuss about the custody case on social media sites. Moreover, she should also refrain from bad mouthing Royalty’s father.
Earlier in the month, there were reports that Chris could play dirty to obtain the custody of his daughter.
