Chris Brown’s ‘BTS’ Tour Is Back On as He Wraps Up 100 Hours of Community Service
After breaking off the sad news that he won’t be able to go on with his tour late last month, Chris Brown finally brings in some good news. The singer’s “Between the Sheets” (BTS) concert tour is finally back in the business!
On Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, Brown took to Twitter to announce that with the last 100 hours of his 1,000-hour community service all wrapped up, the “BTS” tour will finally be on the go again. And after a few weeks of delay, fans will be on the lookout again for Brown in the nearest arenas in their area.
Though further details on the newly resumed tour have not yet been released, a source for HollywoodLife.com revealed that the tour will take its first steps on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015, in Fort Lauderdale in Florida. The source also added that aside from Tyga and Trey Songz, who have been on board for the tour, Brown will also be bringing along good friend and PingTank app founder Jeremy Greene.
The “BTS” tour was initially planned to begin on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015. However, the day right before the tour, Brown’s probation was revoked because his traveling was not denied, and he still has 100 hours left from his 1,000-hour community service.
In a now-deleted apology Brown posted on Instagram upon learning of his revoked probation, he apologized to his fans and supporters for letting their hopes down. He also promised to finish the last 100 hours of his community service as soon as he can so the fun will resume. But reports that Brown stayed true to his word and was even praised by the court in finishing the job so well.
Brown was under probation for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009. And with his community service hours already finished, all hopes turn to see the brand new Chris Brown back in the music industry.
