Yes, for his upcoming movie titled “In The Heart of The Sea,” the huntsman of the “Snow White and the Huntsman” restricted himself to a limited diet and the outcome of that is really shocking for his fans. His looks and entire body turned into the hero of “Cast Away” meaning just like Tom Hanks. On Nov. 22, our dear Thor posted a picture of himself on his personal Twitter page and wrote, “Just tried a new diet/training program called “Lost At Sea”. Wouldn’t recommend it.. #IntheHeartoftheSea.”
Hemsworth, who urged his followers not to try the look he is presently having, said that to acquire this look he has been limited to an exhausting 500-calorie diet a day. The actor further stated, “That’s all we spoke about. You’ve got 15 burly blokes on the sea and all we talked about was our diet and who’d lost more weight and who’s looking really skinny. It’s ridiculous!”
The director of the movie Ron Howard also discussed about the diets of the actors and said that to gain the look of that era they have to work out daily, in fact on the days of shooting itself as the movie is based on a true story of an American shipwrecked by a monstrous whale and due to which the crew suffered a lot and trapped in the sea for almost 3 months. The pictures, trailer and, of course, the recently released look of Hemsworth suggest that the movie is going to be a fantastic experience for everyone.
Let us wish the entire team all the very best and also clap for the determination and commitment shown by the actor for achieving that skinny look. For other details, wait for the movie to release as it will hit the theaters on Dec. 11, 2015.
