Christina Ricci Welcomes a Baby Boy with Husband James Heerdegen [WATCH VIDEO]

Us Weekly reported that Ricci gave birth to a healthy baby boy over the weekend. Their first child’s name and the date of birth were kept under wraps. Ricci and her husband have not issued any official statements heralding the arrival of their first child.
Her publicist confirmed that the pregnancy in May 2014. It was after the 34-year-old actress was spotted at LAX sporting an instantly recognizable baby bump.
Ricci, who is the National Spokesperson for the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN), also told Us Weekly about her contented relationship and the potentiality of starting a family.
“I love so many things about him. He’s my favorite person on Earth…I can’t wait to have our own little world replete with small beings!” told Mermaids actress the magazine of James in a May 2013 interview.
The actress was known for her roles in “Sleepy Hollow,” “The Addams Family,” “Penelope” and “Monster.” The couple had met during the production of the period drama series “Pan Am” in 2011. Ricci starred as a stewardess named Maggie Ryan while Heerdegen worked as the show’s camera technician.
The show, which was first aired in 2011, was cancelled by ABC the next year. Fortunately, it did not stop the couple from continuing with their relationship. They broke the news about their relationship in 2012. They tied the knot in a secret ceremony in New York City on October 26, 2013. Just like their wedding details, Christina and James wanted and tried to keep Christina’s pregnancy as clandestine as feasible.
