Damon Dash Might Lose The Custody Battle Of Daughters
Damon Dash, the 44-year-old entrepreneur, who is popularly known as a former manager of Jay-Z has hit the headlines over the custody battle of his daughters. The court made clear to him that he has dropped his chances to won the case since he smokes too much pot. Dash is fighting a custody battle of daughters Ava and Tallulah with estranged wife Rachel Roy. Read on to find out more details about the scoop ahead.
According to TMZ, the 41-year-old Roy claimed in the court that Dash smokes too much around the kids. It is just not good for them also she added that the kids once ate pot laced cake with him. The court agreed with Roy on the matter and ordered Dash to restrict the use of weed for at least 24 hours before his visit to meet daughters.
Dash also insisted on dropping the monitored visits with younger daughter Tallulah during a regular visit and overnight stay with her. But the court upheld the decision and asked him to follow it with no change in the format.
According to a close aide rap mogul, Dash was extremely upset furious over the issue and he had to be dragged out of the court. But he is still said to be positive about his case. Dash also filed a $25 million lawsuit accusing ex-wife Roy of domestic violence against him.
The entrepreneur Dash got married to Roy in 2005 and their first daughter Ava was born before their wedding in 1999. Younger daughter Tallulah was born in 2008 and the later years the two got separated.
