Oliver Queen is dead. Everyone has seen it, everyone heard it and everyone was devastated by it. Although everybody also knows that he is not really dead, it’s only a matter of time before he shows up once more and begins taking down the criminals who threaten to fail Starling City. However, the question of how and when he returns will forever be prodding on everyone’s minds. As “Arrow” returns this Jan. 21, 2015, people will know what becomes of his team and his city in his absence. Previews are suggesting that Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy) will revive the Black Canary as Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) begin to actualize his role as the ATOM. Of course, it’s expected that Roy’s Arsenal (Colton Haynes) will continue to kick some serious butts but who will be the Arrow? Well, it goes to John Diggle.

According to Comic Book Movie, David Ramsey will be the one who’ll take up the suit of the green-hooded vigilante. He plays the role of John Diggle, the actor who plays as the heart and soul of Team Arrow. The actor optimistically expressed it during the Heroes and Villains of “Arrow” and “The Flash” panel at the Television Critics Association (TCA). He said, “Blarrow returns! Don’t call it a comeback.”Check out the first time John Diggle took up The Arrow Costume
