The 22-year-old took to Twitter to share the exciting news to her fans, which she called as the Lovatics. The singer describes her new album as a “game changer” in the music industry. Lovato also added that she’s tired of making music for the sake of making hit songs.
“It’s time to share my lane. No one can take away my individuality or copy my best work which my fans deserve to see,” Lovato posted in her Twitter.
According to MTV, the former “Sonny With a Chance” star also apologized to her fans for taking a long time in figuring out her how her music should be life. She claims 2015 is a new journey and a new chapter in her life.
It looks like Demi is all fired up for her latest album. Last year, the singer had spent most of her time on the road promoting her fourth studio album, “Demi.” In an interview with MTV, she revealed that she has already started working on some “amazing” stuff that she cannot wait to share to her fans.
Demi says she’s still a bit unsure of how her new album would sound like. She adds she’s toying around the idea of making it a cross between country, rock and R&B.
“I love all different types of music, I’m literally influenced by every single type of music there is. It may be a compilation of different types and it may all just be pop or it may take on a life of its own,” Lovato shared.
