‘Dragon Ball Z’ Meets UFC Again: Ronda Rousey As Super Saiyan Goku Vs. Bethe Correia As Frieza

Being a huge fan of the Japanese animated series “Dragon Ball Z” has inspired Ronda Rousey to share on Instagram a photo depicting herself as Super Saiyan Goku and her opponent Bethe Correia as Frieza. Read on for more details.

According to Yibada, in the photo showing Rousey as Goku and Correia as Frieza, the two looks like challenging each other.

Earlier, the current UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion shared a GIF image, designed by a fan, that depicted her as “all Super Saiyan and taking down her opponent in the cage.”

Rousey, who is an American mixed martial artist, judoka & actress, is not only the current UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion but also the last Strikeforce Women’s Bantamweight Champion.

Rousey defeated the latter in just 34 seconds at the UFC 190 in Brazil. It resulted to Rousey’s win, which lead her to retain the UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion title.

Fans are also eagerly waiting to see the fight between Rousey and Cris Cyborg, which is not fixed due to the weight issue.

However, the former Strikeforce Women’s Featherweight Champion is very eager about fighting against Rousey. She even talked to SportsCenter of ESPN and expressed her desire for Rousey vs. Cyborg to happen. She even requested the UFC to conduct the Rousey vs. Cyborg fight for the sake of fans even if they think that she does not deserve it.

Cyborg also feels that Rousey should progress as a champion and that she should “move up to 145 or 140” so as to fight against her.

“I have passed six tests and the same exams she’s doing because we’re in the same organization now,” Cyborg said.
