Dumb and Dumber To Preview [WATCH VIDEOS]
Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels are back with their insane and wacky antics in the much-awaited sequel of the 1994 film “Dumb and Dumber,” “Dumb and Dumber To.” In “Dumb and Dumber To,” Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels reprise their roles as the lovable dimwits Lllyod Christmas and Harry Dune. Set 20 years after the first film, Harry and Lloyd must set out in search of one of their long lost children in the hopes of helping him get a new kidney. “It’s definitely something we’ve been hoping for a long time. We always wanted to get the two original guys Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels back together and see what they’re up to. Now it’s almost 20 years after the original and the other guys are in a point in their career where they had so much fun the first time that they’re willing to do it. We will make this movie,” said Farrelly in an exclusive interview with Digital Spy.
With regards to the progress of the sequel, Farrelly explained that one of them may have a sired child. He has a kidney problem, and so he wants to meet the child and ask one of his kidneys.
On June 10, 2014, the trailer for the film was released on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” wherein Carrey and Daniels were guests in the said episode.
Along with Carrey and Daniels, the following are also part of the cast: Laurie Holden as Adele Pichlow, the film’s main antagonist; Kathleen Turner as Fraida Felcher; Jennifer Lawrence who plays as a Young Fraida Felcher; Brady Bluhm; Steve Tom; Rachel Melvin and Rob Riggle.
“Dumb and Dumber To” is co-written and directed by brothers, Bobby Farrelly and Peter Farrelly, the same guys who made the first “Dumb and Dumber” movie. “Dumb and Dumber To” is set to hit the big screen on Nov. 14, 2014.
