Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi have long been involved in a series of divorce rumors. While “The Ellen Show” host kept mum about these rumors and allegations, DeGeneres and the “Scandal” actress are involved in yet another divorce rumor. A new report claims that de Rossi felt ‘bullied’ being under the same roof as the 57-year-old talk show host. Will this be the last straw in their marriage? Read on to learn more about this scoop.
Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are no strangers to divorce and breakup rumors. While it was last reported that the couple, who has been married since 2008, is planning to renew their vows on national television, a new report claims that DeGeneres and de Rossi are undergoing therapy to save their marriage. The reason? The daytime talk show host is allegedly bullying her wife.
“Portia often complains that she feels bullied… With Ellen’s show on hiatus for the summer, she’s been bossing Portia around all day, expecting her to be at her back and call,” a source told Star magazine, according to Classicalite.
The insider went on and said that while the couple is going through a tough phase in their relationship, DeGeneres and de Rossi are doing their best at trying to save their marriage.
“They fight a lot during the sessions, but therapy has really helped them learn how to communicate again,” the source added.
While Portia de Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres have yet to comment on these never ending issues surrounding their marriage, “The Ellen Show” host recently revealed that the upcoming season of her show will have episodes in New York City.
“My Season Premiere Week. LA. NYC. September 8th. Mic drop,” DeGeneres tweeted, according to AOL.
DeGeneres also shared a photo of her walking a couple of dogs on the streets of New York with the hashtag “#ellenInNYC.”
