Ridley Scott is a veteran in the field as he has tried his hand at epic silver screen ventures earlier, namely: “1492: Conquest of Paradise” (1992), “Gladiator” (2000) and “Kingdom of Heaven” (2005).
According to Variety, Scott isn’t through with Biblical theme movies, as he will also produce a film about King David and his sovereignty after defeating the giant, Goliath, in a battle, equipped only with a sling and a number of pebbles.
