Fans Have To More Wait For EXO Lay’s Movie With Chan, Row Erupts Between Indian And Chinese Filmmakers Over ‘Kung Fu Yoga’
We all had been waiting for long and we all were waiting so desperately. It seems that we may have to wait for some more time as the much awaited movie of Jackie Chan has been put on hold. The movie has diverse actors from India including Tiger Shroff, Jackie Jackie Shroff, and Aamir Khan, and Lay in from the EXO boy band.
According to SBS.com.au, the sad news came out on Oct. 25, 2015, and it erupted in Hong Kong as the people who were putting their money in making the movie have changed their mind for unknown reason and stopped spending money on the movie.
According to reports published by media in Hong Kong, things don’t seem to be working well between Indian and Chinese film makers, particularly those who are putting their money in and a conflict is going on between the two parties.
Indian film makers have reasoned that the demands put by the Chinese movie makers are unrealistic and unreasonable and this has led to the problem between the two parties. This statement has come from high ranked official from the Indian side. The making of the movie has been put on hold because of this reason.
The join-venture, it seems, has not turned out to be as fruitful as was expected in the beginning. There were high hopes from the Indian side, but when the work began and casting of actors was done, disagreement started erupting.
According to Kpoppy.com, Indian side of the film makers are of the view that Chinese people have kept much of the control of making the movie. All the major decisions of the movie making were made by them. This left Indian film makers in an uneasy state.
However, according to statements made by social network site of Jackie Chan, the movie will still be able to get to completion.
