First Look at ‘Jurassic World’s’ D-Rex from Leaked LEGO Images
“Jurassic World” is not only bringing the fully functional adrenalin-pumping park to life. They will also be introducing a new kind of blood-thirsty monster. Recently, a leaked image from LEGO toy gives a glimpse on how horrifying this man-made dinosaur will be. Read on to know more about this image leak.
LEGO has been known to strike franchising partnership with movies that have iconic geographical planes and characters. There’s the LEGO version of the superheroes in DC Comics and Marvel, the storm troopers and Jedi’s of "Star Wars," the princesses of Disney and the Middle Earthlings of "Lord of the Rings." Now, with “Jurassic World” being one of the most highly anticipated films for 2015, LEGO did not miss the opportunity to make the toy version of the genetically modified new dinosaur for the extended franchise rumored online as the D-Rex. A supposed leak of their version to this new monstrosity has surfaced the web, and it appears to match the description released by studio reps.
Screen Rant reported about the unconfirmed “Jurassic World” LEGO set with the way the peculiar-looking dinosaur seeming to match the description of the D-Rex. In the image, the D-Rex is looking terrifying with the way it is sporting blood red eyes and a translucent skin. The appearance actually coincides with the unofficial concept art of the monster for the movie. Its DNA is believed to be the outcome of the combined genetics of a T-Rex, Velociraptor, snake and cuttlefish with camouflaging as one of its rumored capabilities.
Be that as it may, Director Collin Treverrow made the promise that this man-made creature’s features are reasonable and not overly mutant. The D-Rex will still resemble your average dinosaur in terms of physical build.
Additionally, Comic Book Movie rehashed the reason behind the creation of the world threatening creature. Of the few things that were confirmed about the film, it’s the fact that the park will now be fully operational and receiving thousands of guests on a daily basis. As if the rebirth of extinct organisms were not enough to keep the visitors coming, the scientists (with one of them played by Bryce Dallas Howard) modified a different kind of creature to keep things exciting for the tourist attraction. Here is where the film’s conflict comes into position as they attempted to play god once more and how nature manages to outplay them, even with the rumors spreading about how Chris Pratt’s character manages to control Velociraptors.
"Jurassic World" will premiere in theaters worldwide on June 12, 2015.
