Moreover, Holt McCallany has been added to the cast of Screen Gem’s thriller, “The Perfect Guy.” It is about a woman (Sanaa Lathan) who meets the man of her dreams (Michael Ealy), who turns out to be a sociopathic stalker when she decides to break up their relationship. She must now survive and escape the predicament she is in. McCallany will star as Detective Hansen, an old-school detective out to help Lathan. The screenplay is penned by scribe Tyger Williams. Morris Chestnut and Rutina Wesley are also part of the cast. Tommy Oliver, Darryl Taja, Nicole Rocklin and Wendy Rhoads will produce, while David Rosenthal is set to direct. McCallany will also appear alongside Whaley in “Monster Trucks.”
