‘Frozen 2’ Movie: Prince Hans to Return and Play as Elsa’s Love Interest
“Frozen” is one of the biggest animated movies of all time. It’s no wonder how Disney has chosen to create a sequel from the hit movie following its successful release in 2013. What can fans expect from “Frozen 2?” Read on to learn more about this scoop.
“Frozen 2” is one of the most highly anticipated animated movies after the movie’s massive success in 2013. Now that the sequel to the movie has been confirmed, fans are left wondering what the story would be about and when could they expect for the sequel to come out.
According to Crossmap, there are speculations that the evil and cold-hearted Prince Hans will be back for the sequel. This time, he will no longer play the villain. Instead, Prince Hans will be back in Arendelle to help Queen Elsa, Princess Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, and Sven from a “fiery” villain.
The outlet cited that the new villain in the “Frozen” sequel will be a woman – a “fiery” woman that is. It is quite interesting to see fire compete against Elsa’s ice. Who do you think will win?
Aside from Prince Hans will be returning to Arendelle to help the “Frozen” gang, Hans is also rumored to play as Elsa’s love interest in the upcoming sequel. Nothing has yet been confirmed, but it would seem a bit interesting to see Hans have a change of heart. It was after his evil plotting against Anna in the first movie. It would also be hard for Elsa to trust Hans, after all, that he did to Anna if Elsa even trusted him at all in the beginning.
While Disney is still mum about the “Frozen” sequel, the casting for the movie is currently wrapping up. According to Realty Today, Idina Menzel will be back as the voice of Queen Elsa and her infamous song, “Let It Go.” Josh Gad will be back as a re-voice for our cute, friendly snowman, Olaf. Meanwhile, there are still conflicting reports on Kristen Bell’s reprisal of her voicing role as Princess Anna.
“Frozen 2” still has no release date, but there are rumors that the sequel will be released in 2017 or 2018.
