‘Frozen 2’ Update: Elsa’s Childhood To Get Exposure, The Sequel To Reveal How Her Power Manifested
The 2013’s Disney animated film, “Frozen” had gained a massive record worldwide and turned out to become one of the company’s most lucrative franchises. Since the announcement of making of its sequel, “Frozen 2” was made, the fans are not only eager to see the movie on large screen, they are growing with more curiosities about the characters and movie plot.
According to the directors, Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, fans can expect a different side of Elsa in “Frozen 2.” In the first movie she had a dramatic journey and in the upcoming movie she can open up with more fun once again.
“That’s what was really good about the short—we could have fun with Elsa. And that personality…you will see in the next one,” Buck said, as reported by Christian Today.
The website also says that “Frozen 2” will have some flashback that will indeed show a young Elsa. The flashback is expected to elaborate how she at her age manifested and how her parents became aware of it. Since “Frozen” had shown that Elsa’s father told the leader of the trolls that his daughter was born blessed with the power and it was not a curse for her, hence in the next sequel the viewers are expected to see that her power to freeze everything in sight was nothing new to her parents. There is also a speculation that her magical power is the outcome of a possible genetic playing a role in its existence.
According to The Christian Post, “Frozen 2” will probably show Elsa and Anna’s parents did not actually die. There was a shipwreck in the first movie but their return was delayed as Elsa’s mother became pregnant and later gave birth to a baby boy while they were on the boat.
“Frozen 2” is expected to hit the big screen in 2018, but the exact date is yet to be announced.
