‘Game of Thrones’ Season 5 Special Coming on February

There are still four months to go before “Game of Thrones” Season 5 airs yet the anticipation is so thick you could almost taste it. Luckily, there’s something coming out that may just satiate that thirst for a while. Read on for more details.

According to the“GoT” fan site called “Watchers On the Wall,” the show will air a special that is set to air on Feb. 8, 2015. The GOT special, which is titled “A Day In the Life,” will be aired on HBO. Details about the featurette, which is 28minutes long are still being kept under wraps. Yet judging by its title, it looks like it’s going to take fans behind the scenes of the fifth season of the show.

Just like last year (2014), HBO aired a similar featurette that is 15 minutes long titled “Ice and Fire: A Foreshadowing.”  It was aired around Feb. 2014 and it introduced additional characters and storylines for season 4.

The fifth installment of the TV series will introduce new characters in Dorne and Arya is headed in a new direction and there might just be a change in Jaime’s storyline.

The upcoming special may just give fans the insight they need on what to expect on season 5. We’re hoping that this special may shed some light on the questions that fans have since season 4 wrapped up such as Tyrion’s whereabouts and the truth behind the Martells. For now, we wait. It won’t be too long until February!
