“General Hospital” spoilers have been going on about a shocking murder taking place in Port Charles and while this mystery has left many fans of the ABC soap opera wondering, it looks like we now have a clue as to which character will be leaving the soap for good. GH spoilers hint that Silas Clay will be murdered while Lexi Ainsworth will be returning. This contains spoilers for “General Hospital.” Read on to learn more about this scoop.

“General Hospital” spoilers have previously revealed that a shocking murder will be taking place in Port Charles. The said murder will leave a number of suspects, but the real killer is someone that people would least become suspicious of. While not much were given, a new report from Celeb Dirty Laundry claims that the victim is none other than Dr. Silas Clay (Michael Easton).

As seen on the latest episode of GH, Silas has finally made a decision to reveal the truth about Denise aka Ava. However, from the looks of it, someone is determined to keep the truth from the rest of the residents of Port Charles. The outlet noted that Ava is the one who killed Silas in fear of getting her secret revealed to everyone.

It seems the saying about someone leaving and another returning is true in this case, as Soap Opera Digest reported that Lexi Ainsworth will be reprising her role in “General Hospital.” Ainsworth’s character is expected to return to “General Hospital” by the end of August or early September.

Ainsworth, who played the role of Sonny and Alexis’ daughter Kristina, has expressed her excitement over reprising her role in the series.

“It really was a big family for me and I can see why people have been on the show for so many years. I got attached to my character as well and she’s always in my heart.”
