George Clooney and wife Amal Alamuddin Visits Hometown In Kentucky

George Clooney who settled into marital bliss with human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin couldn’t be happier. The Hollywood star who is having the best times of his life wanted to reciprocate the same and he did that by bringing Mrs. Clooney to the place which is probably the closest to his heart. His hometown in Kentucky.

According to E! News, George Clooney brought his wife to an annual family reunion in Augusta, Kentucky where the actor-producer stopped at couple of his favorite places with which he also happens to be extremely acquainted with. One of the places that the actor went to was Magee’s bakery only to the delight of the bakery’s owner Russell Dickson. It was said that the couple ordered one of their specialty pies, which Mrs. Clooney absolutely loved.


He also had a word with her wanting to know whether she likes the food down south. Thankfully Amal only had good words to say about, to the delight of her husband. Some biscuits, gravy etc. found special mention in the things she has started loving. She along with George also mentioned that they were loving the time they were spending in the town.

Some other places that the couple visited were the Augusta High School gym where George played basketball while his wife cheered on for him. As the word started spreading fast, people’s enthusiasm too started increasing. By the time it was evening, George made it a point to introduce wife to other close friends who didn’t get a chance to meet her in person at the wedding that took place at the actor’s villa near Lake Como in Italy. On lookers at the party revealed that he felt very proud to introduce her to everyone and they looked just stunning as a couple.

It is being said that the couple have been globe trotting to spend some quality time together and with family along with promoting the actor’s latest Disney film.
