Giada De Laurentiis Hinted Her Affair With Bobby Flay? ‘Food Network’ Host Revealed: ‘It’s Going to Be’
Giada De Laurentiis has given a statement that seemed to be hinting on a future romance with Bobby Flay. Are the two hiding their relationship? Read on for more details.
Rumors about the relationship of these two celebrity chefs, famous in their own field of cooking specializations, seemed to never die out.
Although the two denied it, De Laurentiis’ recent statement on the gossips about an alleged romance between her and Bobby Flay, 50, who went through a divorce not long ago, seemed to hint that there might be a future for the two of them if fate be good.
“People are going to write what people are going to write,” Giada De Laurentiis, 45, told Extra. “It’s going to be what it’s going to be.”
The field’s wide open for Flay since De Laurentiis had a divorce with TV personality Tedd Thompson, 52, last December 2014. In fact, De Laurentiis and Thompson’s divorce were not cheap.
The two agreed for a joint custody of their daughter Jade Marie. But on top that, De Laurentiis was told to pay a hefty amount of $9,000 per month for their child, 50 percent of all profit book royalties published during their 11-year marriage, and another 50 percent for the several cookbooks yet to be published and still unpaid, People reported via Starcasm.net.
Thompson also got to keep their $3.2 million mansion in Pacific Palisades, California as well as dividing their multiple bank accounts that reportedly amounted to at least $2 million. But a question arose as to why De Laurentiis had to pay this large?
According to Starcasm.net, Tedd Thompson likely had knowledge on De Laurentiis’ extra-marital affairs and in order for him to shut up, a large sum of money needed to be paid.
And who was rumored to be De Laurentiis’ other man? An eyewitness testified that it was none other than Bobby Flay.
However, nothing’s clear until the two issue an official statement. So, readers are reminded to take these with a grain of salt.
