“Godzilla 2,” with its fierce comeback with the sequel by Legendary Pictures, Warner Bros Pictures and Toho plans to launch the second part of Legendary Series “Godzilla” franchise with not one but three deadly monsters. The new revelation of the “Godzilla 2” movie has so much to do with history. “Godzilla 2” will serve as 32nd “Godzilla” film!

“Godzilla 2” is set to release on June 8, 2018. The sequel was decided as and when Legendary Pictures’ “Godzilla” became an instant hit. “Godzilla” was released last year with a budget of $160 million and it worldwide estimations soared to $528.7 million.


Although, back in April this year, Taylor-Johnson has expressed doubts over his comeback in “Godzilla 2.”

“Godzilla 2” Movie Update and Plot:

“Godzilla 2” will be directed by Gareth Edwards and will have screenplay by Max Borenstein. The first installation “Godzilla” was even by the same set team. Comic-Con had been home to making “Godzilla” sequel announcements and updates.

The second movie “Godzilla 2” is teased with three deadly mayhem monsters, Rodan, Mothra, and King Ghidorah. The three monsters Rodan, Mothra, and King Ghidorah will be seen alongside Godzilla. This will be the debut film for all the three monsters in a non-Japanese movie.

At Comic-Con, Edwards had clearly stated that he knows fans from around the world had complaints with first part “Godzilla” as it had very less screen time of Godzilla but with the sequel comes a strong message that Godzilla will have a lot to do this movie. The team surely has a lot of screen time and monsters to play with!

“Godzilla 2” will have same kaiju story line-up as 1964’s classic “Ghidorah, The Three Headed Monster”. In “Ghidorah, The Three Headed Monster”, the three kaiju’s team-up and take on Ghidorah. “Godzilla 2” will even have the same kind of storyline. Kaiju fans will easily relate to the movie!
