Grey’s Anatomy Season 11 Spoilers: Patrick Dempsey Fired From NBC Series; Derek Shepherd Dies

“Grey’s Anatomy” season 11 spoilers revealed that the next episode, episode 21 will be a game changer for the popular medical drama. Titled “How To Save A Life”, viewers will finally know what happened to Derek Shepherd. However, this does not answer the question of whether or not Patrick Dempsey’s character is still alive.

“Grey’s Anatomy” season 11 spoilers claim that the next episode will be one that “America will never forget”. The promotional video for the “Grey’s Anatomy” season 11 episode 21 shows exactly what happened to Derek on his way to his interview in Washington. He never makes it to the interview as he is caught in the middle of a horrific car accident on his way to it. Derek helps those involved in the crash using his medical expertise and becomes a hero in the process. Shepherd tells one of the victims that he doesn’t let people die as the trailer ends with one of the vehicles involved in the accident catching fire.

“Grey’s Anatomy” season 11, episode 21 “How to Save a Life” airs Thursday, April 23 on ABC.

According to Design & Trend, Patrick Dempsey (Derek Shepherd) is set to be axed on the show for having a “diva attitude.”  Shonda Rimes is allegedly considering removing him from the show, which means that the probability of Shepherd surviving the show’s latest episode has suddenly become less than likely.

“Given all the past problems with Katherine Heigl and Isaiah Washington, there is little tolerance on the show for troublesome talent,” the insider revealed.
