‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 12 Spoilers: Meredith New Lover? Martin Henderson To Replace McDreamy; A Tougher Miranda Bailey Returns

Some fans are still mourning the death of one of the lead doctors in “Grey’s Anatomy.” The show caught them off guard by the turn of events as they witness the destiny of Dr. Derek Shepherd (Dempsey) in the American romantic medical drama.
Many fans expressed their frustrations and dismay with the previous finale (Season 11). It even created a big rumble in different social media sites in the attempt to bring the dead McDreamy back to the show series and to Meredith’s life. However, it seems like their charms had a little effect to the creators as they bring back the love in Meredith’s life in the form of the newest surgeon in the hospital.
In the upcoming season, the plot reveals that Meredith played by Ellen Pompeo is set to have a new love interest and it will be played by none other than the 40-year-old actor, Henderson.
Henderson has been tapped as the series newest regular in the to take the place of Dempsey. He will be playing as a surgeon doctor at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital and new lover of Meredith.
On the other hand, Pompeo expressed her excitement with the new recruits; Kevin McKidd, Jesse Williams, Justin Chambers, Jason George and Giacomo Gianniotti. It looks like the Season 12 will be packed with eye candies.
Meanwhile, actress Chandra Wilson is set to have a comeback in “Grey’s Anatomy,” reprising her role as the influential doctor Miranda Bailey.
In her interview with Zap2it, she revealed that after a painful divorce and giving birth to a child, her character would be tougher than before.
“(You’ll see) some self-confidence that you haven’t seen in a while from her coming out,” Wilson told Zap2it.
And with the Chief of Surgery position, it seems like she is determined that she will be the one taking it over.
According to Wilson, based on the script, she’ll be giving people a hard time.
“Grey’s Anatomy” Season 12 is scheduled to air on ABC this Sept. 24, 2015.
