Two broken hearts, both coping with divorce; Will Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton be the best of friends as they ‘bond over divorce’ on the set of “The Voice” –Will they trash their exes on-air?
Both Shelton, and Stefani filed for divorce not long ago and both cases were third parties—well, it seems like they have a connection and can relate to each other! Both need someone to lean on, and based on the news—the two judges had a bonding over their recent divorces.
According to RadarOnline, they have learned that the two judges of “The Voice,” who recently became the paparazzi-favorite have turned to each other for support while they are on the set of the singing competition.
These news about them was proven by an insider of Radar. According to the report, the 45-year-old “Hollaback Girl” singer and the 39-year-old country singer have a lot of bond over their splits and they are really being there for each other through this.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time that Stefani and Shelton have bonded; they already shared a memorable moment in 2014, when “The Sweet Escape” and Miranda Lambert’s ex both had a guest on Jimmy Fallon’s show at the same time. The two did a lip sync battle on “The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon.”
On the other hand, “The Voice” blind auditions for the show were taped a few weeks ago and the source added that though the two judges are still coping up with their recent breakups, the pair still decided to work in the studio to do some leads and tags.
Though “The Voice” team are confident that the season will be a hit, a source said that with both Stefano and Shelton recently divorcing and being single for the first time in a long time, the show’s ratings are surely going to soar.
In addition to this, their co-judges are also facing the same problems; both of this upcoming season’s returning judges, Adam Levine and Pharell Williams, allegedly accused their significant others of cheating.
