Gwen Stefani Debut New Song ‘Used to Love You’ After Split
Gwen Stefani has made a super rocking stage performance recently in New York after moving on from her divorce. Stefani performed her first solo after separation stating that the news songs are taking her on a new journey of life. “The Voice” coach gave an awesome performance and has proved her metal as one of the best pop icons of the industry. The 46-year-old singer gave a solo performance during MasterCard Priceless Surprises concert at Hammerstein Ballroom, New York on Oct. 17, 2015. She debuted her new ballad “Used to Love You” and mentioned that she wanted to share this new song which is very special for her. She further mentioned that this song is an inspiration from love and pain from her own life which is an indirect reference to her divorce, as stated by Huffington Post.
Stefani also performed on her previous hits like “Wind It Up,” “Cool,” “The Sweet Escape” and “Hollaback Girl.” The show went along with professional dancers at the back and support vocalists who kept the audience engaged during Stefani’s’ attire change. She wore five very beautifully done fashionable yet conformable outfits.
Stefani ended her 13-year-old marriage with “Bush” lead singer Gavin Rossdale in August this year citing irreconcilable differences. After her divorce, it is speculated that she is developing a romantic bond with the co-coach of “The Voice” Blake Shelton. Both of them have got recently separated from their spouses and are spending wonderful time together on the set of the reality TV competition.
