Gwyneth Paltrow Posted Another Statement on GOOP

The “Iron Man 3” star Gwyneth Paltrow issued another statement in her lifestyle webpage GOOP. After posting chicken recipes, she also mentioned how thankful they, Chris Martin and her, for the support.

Below is  Paltrow’s statement on GOOP.

“P.S. CM and I in deep gratitude for the support of so many,” said Paltrow as published in the GOOP webpage.

The couple has issued a statement before in the same website stating why they had to go on separate ways, specifically citing conscious uncoupling. It turned out that the pair have been trying to work things out for over a year but finally gave up and called it quits. They share two children: Apple, 9, and Moses, 7. However, Chris and Gwyneth emphasized that they will always remain a family.

Meanwhile, the Coldplay frontman’s father, Anthony Martin, expressed his sadness about his son’s separation with Paltrow. He considered the two as “still great mates.”

“If you are married you know you have good days and bad days. We all have our ups and downs,” said Anthony in an interview with The Mirror.

He also expressed his concern about his grandchildren but later pointed out that everything is amicable between the couple. Anthony ended by saying that he was very proud of what Chris and Gwyneth has achieved in their lives.

Cameron Diaz, Gwyneth’s BFF, was cornered in the CinemaCon event and was asked about how her pal was holding up. She told E! News that Gwyneth was doing great; they were doing great.

Furthermore, Cameron spoke for the pair, referring that they had worked hard. She described Chris and Gwyneth as loving, generous and kind people who cared about each other.

“Just because they don’t want to be a couple together, doesn’t mean that they have to hate one another. They are really good friends. They’ve made a conscious effort to separate the part of their lives they don’t want to live together anymore, and maintain a really beautiful, strong bond as parents and as friends…I think people should really honor that and they should admire it and they should respect it. They’ve done something really extraordinary, and they’ve been very brave at presenting that to the public,” added Cameron in the E! News interview.
