‘Half Life 3’ Delayed For Zombie Shooter ‘Left 4 Dead 3’ By Valve

The scifi video game “Half Life 3” has finally broken the news after a long time. The developer Valve Corporation has kept mum for long regarding any update on “Half Life 3” as speculations reveal that the company is deliberately delaying the project. The shooting video game is supposed to be the most awaited on the list of anxious gamers. Read on to find out why “Half Life 3” is held up by Valve Corp.

According to an insider, “Left 4 Dead 3” is taken up as a priority by corporation and is focused on its development. As no official source has confirmed the news it remains a rumor. Though, the speculation did create a buzz among the video games fraternity as stated by MasterHerald.


Further adding to speculations, a former employee of Valve Corp mentioned that, the company is purposely delaying the third version and taking it slow. The teams are not actively working on the front and are focusing more on zombie shooter which is anticipated to release first. Subsequently, “Half Life 3” video game will be available on both Playstation 4 and Xbox.

The tentative release date for “Half Life 3” is supposed to either fall in the last quarter of 2017 or initial months of 2018. Zombie shooter game will definitely come before Half Life series as per release dates. However, fans of highly anticipated game Half Life are still happy with some news and rumors as they at least can expect some update.

The reason why Valve Corp does not intend to risk the multiplayer theme game is that they are already earning huge from games like “Counter Strike”, “Dota 2”and “Day of Defeat”. Reportedly, very few number of Valve employs are working on “Half Life 3” and if it comes out to be true, the duration of release date can definitely extend.
