Hannibal Spoilers: Season 2 Episode 8 Su-zakana Airs on April 18, 2014, Will Joins the FBI to Investigate a Strange Case [WATCH VIDEO]

“Hannibal” Season 2 Episode 8 “Su-zakana” will air on Friday, April 18, 2014, at 10:00 p.m. on NBC. Will joins the FBI as they investigate about a strange murder case. Read on to find out more about MNG’s “Hannibal” spoilers of Season 2 Episode 8 “Su-zakana,” including a recap of the last episode, “Yakimono.”

Previously on “Hannibal” (“Yakimono” Season 2 Episode 7 air date: April 11, 2014), Miriam Lass (Anna Chlumsky) went missing two years ago in search of the Chesapeake Ripper. Now she was found, only with a missing arm. Jack (Laurence Fishburne) needed information from Miriam about her captivity and the Ripper. However, they could not rely on her memory as she was very much traumatized by what happened. Jack was having a hard time absorbing why Miriam was spared. Miriam, on the other hand, clarified that she was not spared. As they say, “Save the best for last.”

Hannibal (Mads Mikkelsen) was brought in for interrogation. Alana (Caroline Dhavernas) presided over the procedure.  When Miriam heard Hannibal’s voice, she told Jack that it was not him.

Meanwhile, Will (Hugh Dancy) was now a free man, having been released from the Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane. Jack offered Will a ride home. During their journey, Jack told Will about Miriam. Will did not show any interest at first. But when Jack mentioned that Miriam was sure that Hannibal was not the Ripper, Will’s mind was suddenly set in motion. Instead of heading to Will’s home, Jack brought Will where Miriam has been found. The paraphernalia used by the killer was all over the place—the flowers planted at the dead councilman’s chest, a jar with some blood from Beverly Katz and different glass panes where Beverly’s body was found in between. As for Will, he thought that the Ripper might be planning this all along. It was like Miriam was left there to be really found, and all else will take Hannibal away from the picture.

Jack accompanied Miriam to Hannibal’s office for treatment. Hannibal put her under hypnosis. She remembered the Wound Man, a drawing which Hannibal did. Miriam remembered it, but not in some kind of context.

The FBI has found some evidence in the abandoned building which pointed out to Chilton or Hannibal as the Ripper. Jack called both men for interrogation. Chilton was in his house. He suddenly heard a sound like that of a heart monitor coming from his basement. As he stood in front of the door, the sound was changed into a “flatline.” When Chilton opened the door, he saw Gideon’s dissected body. His torso was limbless!  His organs were hanging all over the ceiling. And it seemed like the killer was not finished yet as a jigsaw has been stopped in the middle while slicing a lump of flesh.

In his horror, Chilton ran upstairs only to find Hannibal waiting for him. The FBI came in time to fetch Chilton, but Hannibal covered his mouth with a piece of cloth which left him unconscious. When Chilton woke up, he was stained with blood and the FBI agents were dead. One was disemboweled, while the other was left on the table with weapons stuck on his body, just like the Wound Man.

Chilton ran to Will for help. However, Will called Jack. The next thing that happened was Chilton was shown in an orange jumpsuit, set for interrogation with Alana.

While being questioned, Miriam was listening through the one-way mirror. She confirmed that Chilton was the killer. She took Jack’s gun and shot the glass, hitting Chilton in the face and eventually killing him.

As weird as it may seem, Will stepped into Hannibal’s office and asked him to resume his therapy.
