According to the official photo gallery of the show, this episode forced the Five-0 team to work with a retiree turned private detective named Harry Brown (William Forsythe) in order to solve the murder of a young woman who led a double life as an escort. The gallery also showed pictures of Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett (Alex O’ Loughlin) in a boxing ring, as he trained and practiced alongside Annie Reese (Carlie Casey). Two pictures also showed Steve walking beside Ellie Clayton (Mirrah Foulkes) outside the courthouse. Ellie is a lawyer whom he had met recently, during the death anniversary of his father, as he had handled her father’s murder case years before.
An exclusive sneak peek from Spoiler TV showcased what is in store for the Five-0 team. In this clip, Detective Danny “Danno” Williams (Scott Caan) and Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett (Alex O’ Loughlin) walks into the Hawaii Police Department Impound Lot only to find the private detective that they are working with, Harry Brown (William Forsythe), is trying to plant a GPS tracker onto one of the cars there. Danny points his gun on him, while Steve cuffs him. All the while, Harry tells them that he could explain everything to them and repeats it while Steve hands Danny the gun that they found on him. Afterwards, Steve tells Harry that he is ready to listen to any explanation that he has to tell them.
Spoiler TV also featured a promotional clip, in which CBS announced that the show will be airing three new episodes in a row, with guest stars such as Eric Roberts and William Forsythe. In the promotional clip, it is shown that William Forsythe, who will guest star in the upcoming episode, tells the Five-0 team that he would go back to retirement after Steve jokes that he should be given a job after he successfully punched another man. This is a welcome respite after the Christmas break and the past month, in which episodes were not aired one after the other at one point.
