Hawaii Five-0 Update: Season 5 Spoilers
In just a few weeks, a brand-new television season is on its way. Both new and returning shows will be gracing television screens, bringing new and old faces to the small screen. One such television show that is returning for its fifth season is the remake of classic ’60s procedural, “Hawaii Five-0.” Read on to learn more about “Hawaii Five-0” Season 5.
According to TV Line, the Five-0 team will be very much occupied this season, as it will feature “several multi-episode storylines” that will keep each member of the team busy.
The newest addition to the team, Lou Grover (Chi McBride), who was introduced in the season four finale, will be dealing with the emotional fallout stemming from his daughter’s kidnapping.
Jerry Ortega (Jorge Garcia), who is now a series regular, will have the time of his life, as there will be a conspiracy theory that will turn out to be a true blue crisis.
Meanwhile, Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim), who is still being watched by Internal Affairs, will do something rash, which he will later on regret doing.
On the relationship front, Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) and her boyfriend Adam Noshimuri’s (Ian Anthony Dale) relationship will come into play throughout this season, as they will be having a season-long storyline to themselves.
Family trouble is on the way for Danny Williams (Scott Caan), as he will be dealing with a lot of issues this season. First off, his fugitive brother will be coming back into his life, while he has to deal with his teenage daughter Grace. Even Steve McGarett (Alex O’ Loughlin) isn’t free from family issues as his aunt, guest star Carol Burnett, will be coming to town to get married.
McGarret’s story arc for this season will include how he is dealing with his now long distance relationship with Catherine Rollins (Michelle Borth).
The two, however, according to TV Line, will be having an interesting scene together, as the first episode will find them in therapy, complaining about each other.
There will be a sort of closure with regards to the Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos) storyline, who seems to follow the show’s protagonist around, as the show’s 100th episode will definitely answer “any lingering questions” regarding the matter.
