Haywire – A Must Watch
Haywire stars Gina Carano, Ewan McGregor and Michael Fassbender. The storyline of haywire has been written by Lem Dobbs. The movie will become popular because of character Mallory Kane that has been played by none other than Gina Carano. She works for an anonymous spy company which has contract with American government. The theme of movie is based on spy stories. The character Mallory Kane goes for a mission that later depicts a predetermined murder plot for herself. It is a thriller movie about murder of ultimate Kane.
The whole plot goes for entire two hours and is not very impressive. The murder plot has been cooked and under wrapped in flash back scenes. There are no major twists and turns after the slow flashback is over. The story could had been twisted to some another new level by the Lem Dobbs(writer). The end part comes soon leaving various threads untouched .This might dissatisfy the viewer. The acting of Gina Carano is marvelous and she has done a wonderful job in the thrill movie. She is a martial arts expert who has appeared in competitions like Fatal Femmes Fighting and American Gladiator. One would love to see her jumps, actions and runs.
She has done all the actions herself with prior training and looks like a wild specie. She has the potential to become upcoming super star in Hollywood industry. Let it be her sexy and raw looks which makes her totally fit into the character. All her male co-stars like Michael fassbender, Michael Douglas, Ewan McGregor and Antonio Banderas who in spite of their good acting are not much able to influence the power role of Gina. The acting style of Gina resembles that of Bruce Willis.
It has been assumed that Mallory Kane, the character in movie can turn into a leading franchise though it has been always hard to market a female action star but body weight of Carano and attractive looks make people to get fascinated towards her without any doubt till climax of the movie. People might want to see Gina Carono in leading role in next movie of Soderbergh but who knows the inner voice of our director who has given good movies in the past.
