Hollywood Film Awards 2014 Update: TV Premiere Reunions and Attendees

The 18th edition of the Hollywood Film Awards honoring excellence in filmmaking will be held on Nov. 14, 2014. This time, former "Twilight" saga stars Robert Pattinson  and Kristen Stewart might confront each other after a long time at the ceremony. “Rob and Kristen are inevitably going to cross paths. Tahliah (FKA twigs) is a huge part of his life and will be living with him when they are in LA. Rob has no problem at all introducing them to each other,” revealed a source to HollywoodLife.com.


 “The Tourist” co-stars Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie have signed on to appear at this year's Hollywood Film Awards. Meanwhile, “Twilight” star Robert Pattinson, Steve Carell, Laura Dern, Jared Leto, Jennifer Lopez, Mike Myers, Eddie Redmayne, Chris Rock and Hilary Swank will also appear at the said event.

This fresh set of names join formerly announced guests: Amy Adams, Gerard Butler, Benedict Cumberbatch, Robert Downey Jr., Robert Duvall, Jonah Hill, Keira Knightley, Michael Keaton, Julianne Moore, Jack O'Connell, Chris Pratt, Kristen Stewart, Channing Tatum, Jean-Marc Vallée, Reese Witherspoon and Shailene Woodley.

Queen Latifah will host the event as the Hollywood Film Awards makes its television debut live from the Hollywood Palladium on Friday, Nov. 14, 2014 on CBS.

The festivities will kickoff at 7:30 p.m, with a half-hour red carpet show, followed by the awards ceremony. A live one-hour post-show hosted by “CBS This Morning” crew Charlie Rose, Norah O'Donnell and Gayle King will air at 10:00 p.m. ET, with a delay for the West Coast.

Founded in 1997 by Carlos de Abreu, marks the official launch of the Hollywood awards season, with some of the world’s leading luminaries in attendance. The award recipients are identified and chosen by an advisory and selection team of film industry experts and executives.  The honorees are based on their body of work and/or a film that is to be released during the calendar year.
