How to Get Away with Murder Preview [WATCH VIDEO]
One of ABC’s series that is expected to air this fall is the legal thriller “How to Get Away with Murder.” Although ABC is yet to announce the exact premiere of the new show, its regular schedule would be on Thursdays at 10:00 p.m. Read on to learn more about “How to Get Away with Murder” including a brief synopsis of the show.
Shonda Rhimes’ (“Grey’s Anatomy,” “Scandal”) “How to Get Away with Murder” stars Oscar-nominee Viola Davis as Annalise Keating, an enigmatic criminal defense professor who becomes involved in a murder plot. The cast members include: Liza Well, Charlie Weber, Matt McGorry, Karla Souza, Katie Findlay, Aja Naomi King, Alfred Enoch, Jack Falahee and Billy Brown. The drama is written by Peter Nowalk who also serves as an executive producer alongside Rhimes and Betsy Beers.
The plot focuses on Annalise Keating as a foxy professor of Criminal Law 100 or as she prefers to call it, “How to Get Away with Murder.” In the process, she gets involved in a murder plot with her four students.
Davis, on the other hand, appeared on “Eat, Pray, Love,” “Beautiful Creatures,” “State of Play” and “Ender’s Game.” In an interview with Fashion Times, Davis mentioned how grateful she was for being able to be offered with good roles, such as her role at the new ABC series.
“It’s a chance to create something different. I’m thankful to be in the position where people are offering me something different,” said Davis in the Fashion Times report.
