Hugh Jackman Copies The Mask, Jim Carrey Pulls a Wolverine

A-listers are having a go at each other this year. After the Jason Statham – Chris Pratt joke, it was Hugh Jackman’s turn to crack a joke about his friend and peer, Jim Carey. The actors had a go at each other on Twitter by imitating each other doing their best known roles. Jackman did the Mask, Carey did the Wolverine. Hilarity reigned supreme as the boys took a dig at each other.

Hugh Jackman is apparently a great fan of Dubsmash and he used it to pull a fast one on his friend, Jim Carey, and his current favorite singer, Katy Perry. Dubsmash is that tiny mobile app that lets you make short videos of yourself singing famous songs and such. It’s the new and hip thing to do. So if you don’t know anything about it, get a clue. Ditch vine and go for dubsmash. Because everybody knows that only the elderly use Instagram these days. Ok, jokes apart, Jackman’s videos turned out to be really funny and got him his pal, Carey’s attention. He was imitating Carey doing the Mask. We think that he got the ‘Sssmoking!’ dialogue just right. Here it is for your viewing pleasure.

And Carey responded in kind. He said he wanted to make a meal of Jackman’s most loved role. So he did. With a lot of flatware making up for the lack of claws.

Jackman is becoming somewhat of a dubsmash addict. He’s lip synced to Adventure Times’s song, “Bacon Pancakes.” He’s sung Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream.” There’s no knowing who he might do next. I want it to be Robert Downey Junior’s “Iron Man.” We’ll all like to know what kind of “syuper hero” he could be.

Ever since, Chris Pratt talked about Jason Statham’s Jason Steakums, stars are having a go at each other the funny way. We hope that the trend continues. It is a refreshing change from all the ‘who’s dating whom’ news that we generally get around here.
